Si se preguntaba cuál fue el primer Lustig que hicimos, no lo haga más, fue éste. Tomamos la receta de la abuela para mezclar avena integral, almendras, ajonjolí, coco, y justo después de endulzarlo con miel de abeja y canela… ella misma nos recordó el toque final: el higo en cuadritos.
El resultado fue un cereal con un delicado sabor a miel de abeja que proporciona un alto nivel de energía, surte de una gran cantidad de fibra, vitaminas y minerales, y a diferencia de la granola no es tan crujiente… sino que mantiene una textura suave al momento de ese primer, segundo, tercer y último mordisco.
